Food was delicious and all guests could not get over how it was the “best filet mignon” that they ever had. The service was unbeatable. We had a private waiter for the bride and groom. The wedding planner/maiter d was amazing and was there for our every need. They worked with us for over and year in planning and it was because of Pasha Events that the wedding came together like it did!!

We had a terrific experience with Pasha for our signature annual event, a cocktail party mixing and mingling of creative arts types and creative business types. We asked for ambiance and taste and quick and easy and simple and great staffing and endless flexibility—and demanded that it fit into our absurdly under-resourced budget. We got it all, at exactly the price we specified. I look forward to our next opportunity to work together.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Pasha Events. We used Pasha Events for our wedding and everything was absolute perfection from the first time we met them until the very last second when we drove away. They were extremely professional, accommodating, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. They made our wedding planning easy. They really listened to everything we wanted and worked to make it happen. They were always available to answer any questions we had or ease any concerns. They spoke with all of the other vendors directly, which left us with even less to worry about during the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they had everything completely taken care of, there was not one thing we had to worry about!! They really went above and beyond. And if their service wasn’t good enough, their food was absolutely phenomenal!! Three months after our wedding, we are still getting compliments and comments about how great our food was! We had such a hard time picking the menu at the tasting because everything was delicious! We have recommended Pasha Events to everyone we know (whether they’re getting married or not!), and we HIGHLY recommend Pasha Events to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed. They made everything we wanted possible, and they made our wedding day even more special and perfect than we ever could have hoped for!! If you are looking at Pasha Events, stop looking!!! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Pasha Events! They catered my wedding reception that took place at The Riverside Church. From the very first meeting, Gieto was incredibly friendly and very accomodating. His side-kick, Leigh, who came on a little later in the process was spectacular and catered to our every need. We had vegans and gluten free guests and children, and they took care of it all! The reception was incredible, and I have to attribute most of its success to Pasha Events who helped set up everything for us!! The food was to die for, and every guest we spoke to agreed that it was the best “wedding” food they had ever had! The options for food were so delicious it made it difficult to choose from. And don’t even get me started on the desserts they come up with! Let’s just say you’ll have to book Pasha Events just to get a taste of their “Oreo Cheesecake!” All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second with this company. The price is right, the people are beyond friendly, the food is DELICIOUS and the service was spectacular! Thanks for everything Gieto & Leigh, you truly made our wedding a night we’ll never forget… especially the cake topper story which we still laugh about to this day!

I had Pasha Events cater my reception. I was a little apprehensive at first because our ceremony was at Riverside Church and if we wanted our reception there we had to use their caterer. I am so glad we did. The food was really tasty and cooked to perfection. Wedding food is never all that great. My guests continue to tell me that the food was the best wedding food they ever had. In addition, Brides don’t forget to ask for a doggy bag, because seriously you may not get to eat the food you paid for. You will be sooo busy.

THANK YOU! This is long overdue, but Thank You!
Our wedding was absolutely amazing! The space looked beautiful and everything went so well. We really appreciate all the hard work that you and your team put into the event before, during and even after the event. We loved everything. The ceremony setup was perfect. The cocktail hour let everyone enjoy the lovely setting and gorgeous weather while eating amazing appetizers. Then the reception was great. The room looked so amazing. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined. And the food! Everyone was raving about all of the food. The food was perfect. Even though we had to pick the appetizers blindly, we knew they would be great based on the tasting we had for the dinner. And the dinner was even better than it was at the tasting.
The entire day and evening was magical. Everyone who was there keeps talking about how it felt as if we were outside of the city for a few hours. It was a destination wedding via the 1 train.
Our photographer took a few great photos of the space and we wanted to share them with you. Feel free to use the photos, but I ask that you give her credit, Connie Collins.

Hi – I am writing in reference to the catering services of Gieto Nicaj and his team.
Gieto catered my wedding at Riverside Church on November 14, 2009. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The food was delicious, the presentation beautiful and the service outstanding. But it really goes beyond that. Gieto made you feel as if your event was his sole focus. He returned calls and emails immediately, listened to what your concerns/suggestions were and always had a good solution.
My husband and I still joke that we wish we had Gieto around to manage our day to day lives, because his response was always, “Don’t worry, it’s taken care of.”. And it was!
His flexibility with menu selection, his attention to detail and his work ethic make him someone I hope to work with again. Maybe for a 10 Anniversary party……… I can’t recommend him highly enough. And if you do end up using him, may, I recommend the salad with edamame and sesame dressing and the salmon with potatoes baked on top. Out of this world!
